I am willing to support nuclear plants to get rid of oil. Nuclear power can create hydrogen fuel and we don't need oil anymore except for plastics and lubricants. The lesser of two evils. Also, tons of solar, wind and bio-fuels. Legalize hemp and use that as oil. It works. Brazil uses veggie fuels to run its cars and has no oil problems. Just takes strong leadership not in bed with big oil. Too much to ask? The world would be a lot cleaner too. Utah can volunteer to be the nuclear waste dump since it's the most rightwing pro-polluter state.
