They're not calling anyone right now, but they are asking for volunteers. You support the war, so why wait for the call. Do your duty. As for me, I do not support the war in Iraq, and therefore I would not want to volunteer my valuable services towards a cause I did not believe in. If they do start calling folks I'll assess what is at stake and either join up or resist as the case may be. If the war comes to me then they won't need to call me. I was certainly assessing my options and my country's needs when OBL was the target, and when I was thinking that everything that happened on 9-11 could be explained along the lines of the official story. But the more I look at the whole situation the more doubts about what is really the truth emerge. I'm sure that as an engineer you've puzzled over the free fall collapses of three steel frame buildings... supposedly by low temperature carbon rich jet fuel fires weakening the steel. Have you calculated the time it would take for a progressive collapse to occur, where in energy from gravity is used up by column failure action...and compared that to the timing of a free falling mass?
