TEXAS UPDATE

Like Berber's counsel Jenkens & Gilchrist did last fall after they falsely dared claim I sued multiple parties "all to no avail," a seriously stupid filing considering how may diverse and powerful parties including Jenkens settled with this pro se when I sued them for the unlawful conduct they perpetrated, now Trading Places' counsel has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel.

It would seem that not too many attorneys are interested in being associated with these people, which is why unlike some regulators I am going after the chief guilty parties, the individuals, not the corporations. Everyone deserves a fair legal defense, but I can't say I don't respect these counsel withdrawals, knowing what I do.
