Elmer Re...You have confused allegations with facts.

Just where, in your post, I was responding to, did you say they were allegations. You said a defense, would be, that AMD had bad yields, and therefore Intel only had to point that out, to be judged not guilty. Secondly, you, yourself, in a reply to Petz, said that Intel agrees they did what they were accused of by the JFTC, Intel just didn't bother to challenge Japan's definition of illegality. Which, if you are right, when you claim Intel didn't think it was worth it to respond, shows even more stupidity, because, by not bothering, Intel opened themselves up to a $50 million lawsuit in Japan, and those findings likely will be the basis for the lawsuit filed in Delaware. . If Intel is that stupid, they deserve everything they get.
