Er... how can you stockpile an anti-virus vaccine for a virus that no one knows how it will mutate yet?????

(Maybe you are thinking of 'Tamiflu', a generalized anti-flu medicine --- but not a vaccine --- that people are *hoping* may have some effect against a future mutation of bird flu... but no one really knows for sure that it *will*.)
