It reported that it was planning some business on "windmills" and I thought it was interesting that it reportedly had a cash/share of $0.76 with no significant LTD and there were some reports late last year of insiders buying it.<g> I decided to nibble some on its recent double bottom at the $0.41 level, and today it announced that it has established a trading platform for the export of aluminum products for Chinese companies.
