yesterday they hit a guy outside philly with a taser twice no reaction , then with bean bags from shotgun four times no reaction. they shot and killed him . They got a reaction with the gun.
guy beat to death his cousin and kids. told cops they wouldn't take him alive as he threw a kid at them with them came in the front door after him.
