Well then we are back to the question of human property. Under such a premise, you can not do what ever you want with property because individuals and society have claims on property. You are not permitted to obtain ownership over property and then do whatever you damn well please with it either. You can't willy nilly pollute land, air, or water because that may have an unhealthy impact on others. You can't mistreat animals that are in your care. etc etc etc. These situations, whatever they are, become your circumstances in life from which to exercise your rights.

So, with other human beings, once it is determined that you have some responsibility for there care, you have an obligation to care for them well. I do not see that as a conflict with your individual rights, but merely your circumstance in life from which you may exercise your rights. No one has been granted the right to abuse others out of capricious whim.
