BHIP Opened on an upgap today with good upticks on the first 15 minutes. The intraday H of 14.99 at 9.40AM was above the June and May Hs, but a penny short of the April 27 H of 15.00 <g>

The stock has been up around 14% with volume past the 114Ks.

Although the earnings on the 1st Q were down 47% to $0.34/shr vs. $0.64/shr in 2004, the coming results for the June Q are expected to be much better compared to the loss in 2004 of $1.24/shr.Revenues on the 1st Q were up 10% and the EE for 2005 are around $1.30 vs. $0.18/shr in 2004. (That means a forward PE around 10) For 2006 the EE are around $1.76/shr.

Somebody told me a long time ago that earnings are important in moving a stock price.<G>

The stock still needs to close above the resistance at 15 in order to close the downgap of March 24

One insider reportedly bought 10Ks in May at $14.10

Last week it announced that stockholders have approved the plan to reincorporate the Company in Delaware. Headquarters are in Dallas,TX.

From a longer term view, the chart is "interesting" taking into account that after adjusting for some reverse splits, the shares traded at more than $25,000 in 1996 and late 1995.<G>

But don't think that the stock will hit the $5,000 level soon.

At the most, expect that it may get to test the April 2004 H at 26.50 <g>
