true.....although I dont see how tasr is responsible for cops tasr'ing a poor friendly dog..especially since cops went to wrong house...except that they continue to push their weapons as 'non-lethal'. in my mind, they are liable for marketing something as non-lethal, when it is not a 100% surefire 'non-lethal weapon. Too many experts have attributed deaths to the use of tasr....and many say they are safe...always 2 sides to a coin, but imo, the best thing tasr could is admitt they are possibly lethal, let them be regulated and sales will take off and they dont have to worry about liabilities anymore...nobody sues smith and wesson when somebody is killed by one of their weapons...it would be the same for tasr, imo. them sticking to this 'non-lethal' issue is hurting them badly, imo....
