To All, In regards to my previous message Then you will also please acknowledge that what you were reading was a hand typed html version of the court document. Please read the content and forget about spelling which was probably mis -transcribed by the copier. I have been informed by Mr. Oppedahl in an E-Mail that he was the copier in the transcription and that the spelling mistakes were in the original. He requested that I retract the portion of my statement which referred to" probably mis-transcribed by the copier". Since I have no access to the original I will accept his statement in good faith and retract that portion of my original statement, even though it was prefaced with a probably. Regards, Gerry
