I didn't say they didn't lie. I said that I don't know whether they did or not. We don't have Iraq paying their oil revenues to us, like Bush said they would. Was that a lie or was that a promise that he wasn't able to fulfill because it became politically infeasible to collect oil revenues from Iraqis who were suspicious of our motives in the first place?

Again, I know why you think the way you do. You approach everything through a "hate Bush" lense, so it is really obscuring your vision of reality. I'm an Independent. So I approach everything and everyone with a lense of "not proven unless there are cold hard facts". You really shouldn't let pessimism and hate rule your thinking. You may find that you become just as extreme as those whom you blame of being extremists.
