True, we did have nearly 160K or so during the elections and are back down to the 135K or so we had before. Japan has been trying to leave by December and we've asked them to stay. The UK has been quietly rotating out troops without rotating as many back in so they're effectively exiting as well.

If the Frontline count is correct, we also have over 100K contractors in and around Iraq. No one ever seems to count them in public so who knows how many are still there.

Most importantly, have the Kurds exited?
