It's interesting that you do not reflect upon that fact that George Bush is currently the world's worst war criminal. He is immoral. He is acting completely illegally.

It's a shocking thing to realize how far humanity has slipped from the moral moorings that helped us create the United Nations and declare the Geneva Conventions in the aftermath of WW II.

Humanity was far more decent back then. Modernity seems vastly too focused on gambit, gambling and greed to really provide for the General Good.

Craven empires come and go. Good riddance. The pity is that Americans seem hellbent on throwing away their brilliant experiment in Constitutional democracy for the sake of another fill-up.
