This could also explain why Cadence was interested in buying TMAI. Remember that almost everyone who has worked in the EDA for more than 5 years has worked for Cadence before. Does anyone have any tangible proof that AVNT is messing around with its financials?!! High DSOs, increasing software capitalization, undue leniency(sp?) in trade terms. The best shorts have questionable balance sheets and accounting policies. I'm looking to pull the trigger but need more data than "trust the DA he knows what he's doing". Didn't anyone notice how much money started to pour into software stocks last week and yesterday? Any suggestions?
