It's time for everyone to track down the certificates. My broker said it's in the hands of the transfer agent, and I should have my certs in a certain time frame. However, I've heard reports of technical or other delays - how convenient. I'm calling the transfer agent TODAY to find out exactly where my certs are, and I suggest that everyone else does the same. Don't give up until you get the right answer, ask to speak to the manager if needed.

Is there anyone here who can point me to a post number, or explain in detail what my legal rights are as an investor, as it pertains to the timely delivery of my shares? I want to have as much knowledge of the rules as possible. If there's something fishy going on between the MMs and the TA, we shouldn't sit back and take it, but I want to be standing on firm legal ground before I contact the SEC and my lawyer.
