Truth and Consequence(s)
Author: Jim Sinclair
Jim Sinclair’s Commentary:

"Keep in mind that only three people in the White House have access to the NOC list (identities of the undercover agents of the US intelligence service) which is hidden deep in the catacombs of the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

It is one of the most protected pieces of information in any government database. Those three elected and appointed people with the authority to know this information carry the ultimate trust of the nation and by inference the NOCs themselves. All of those CIA-NOCs place their lives on the line and get little in the way of financial reward for their sacrifices.

Regardless of their elevated positions, these officials must have a solid reason for knowing the name of a NOC and/or receive direct reports from them on covert activities. Their records are sealed and protected for good reason because leaking such information would put them at risk, along with their fellow operatives and families.

Of course we must seriously consider the First Amendment of the Constitution of the USA for if we fail to respect the Constitution we have prostituted our beliefs on an unholy alter of revenge. That is not possible here.

The salient point in the article below is did the outing of the CIA NOC have a purpose or reason that was required to sustain the essence of the article in the form of public service such as naming a crime boss? Was it done maliciously?

I believe the reporters became agents of malicious intent and the outing of the CIA NOC served no purpose other than to sensationalize the articles written by the informed reporters. I cannot accept any proposition that the reporters did not know as they are all highly educated, intelligent men and ladies of letters.

For the above reasons, I totally dismiss the hollow but loud outcries of the media based on "Freedom of the Press" because there is no freedom to commit High Treason. Yes, High Treason because all the prattle about this "might be crime" is absolute nonsense. It is a crime and one that in fact exceeds WATERGATE which was nothing but the child's play snooping by one political party on an other. Both are crimes but WATERGATE was nothing but a fender bender compared to this one which is vehicular homicide."
