Talk about dumbing things down . . . . I don't know if you realize that for the new Public Editor of the NYT to open up with that kind of scolding was an event for them. Behind all his politeness was quite a bit of anger. They used those pictures to really slant the article. And they knew they were being especially provocative using the "Piss Christ" photographer. There was enormous blog comment about it. I will be posting a lot of comment, I'm sure.
