Having been on the side of Rambus for quite a while, I think you are right on the nose with that one. Guess it depends on how much AMD bases their future on their core business vs. the lawsuit. We'll know in a few weeks ... Has AMD ever made money off its lawsuits? Has Intel ever seriously lost a lawsuit.....meaning a huge payout? ted
