By the way...he also said that you KNOW this company is legit. Is that true? From everything you have posted and told me, you have said they are not legit and they are going down the drain...not because of your personal dealings with sam, but because you said this company "has nothing".....

Can't show you anything, as I have no clue 'what they have'...But, Oily did say that YOU KNEW they were legit, and considering you openly posted you took SPRL public, and have openly said they have nothing, I just thought I would clarify, and I guess show that Oily is basically a liar, as your post proves he is. Yep, have read their news releases....I am still curious as to why they claim they are doing biz with companies that have said they are not doing biz with them?? How long does it take them to put out a PR, correcting the many errors in the pr's they have put out?? Too busy moving into those new offices??
And why is it that oily is claiming the 'company' never sent that e-mail, when the person that posted it flat out said he got an e-mail reply from the company and this is what it said...Oily agreed with the guys post, but then said the company never sent an e-mail??? LOL..Hey, I dont know if that RB poster who posted that actually received that e-mail from the company or if he fabricated it, but there is no doubt he claimed he got the response from the company and then laid out what they supposedly told him. What I would also like to know is this...with so many people attempting to contact the company with zero success ( even JM posted he was upset at the lack of contact from the company recently, and he was their main supporter who had previously claimed he was in contsant contact with them), why is it the company responded to that one person, but ignores most everybody else?
Oily - Do you have actual numbers that can be backed up as fact as to what the current float is and whether or not they have 'printed' anymore shares of late, and if so, how many and for what purpose?
Do you have anything factual concerning their current financial status as well as future financing status??
Do you know if any legal action has commenced or may be pending, against the cmpany or any of it's officers?
Do you know the actual amount of shares, and under what circusmatnces the management has awarded themselves and to 3rd parties?
I could go on and on with the questions, but no need to.....I'll let time and the companies execution decide this one. In a year or so we should know if sprl is a legit oil company or just a hyped penny play with alot of bark, but no substance...time answers most questions, after all..... |
