Perhaps a 20% ownership and several Board seats held by China's Ministry of Internal Trade in Walmart via willing privayte exchange will energize Shumer's chances of re-election :0? In a deal such as above, financing can be had from American banks, saving Chinese banks the trouble of DD. Imagine the fees. It would revitalize the NYSE, and all is well, just money flowing around and around again. The Arabs and Japanese lacked imagination, buying cars and bits of canvas with flowers drawn on it :0)
