As I see it the bottom line is this, if Grossmans owes Wendt more money than their worth he could call in his debt obligations take his loss and reopen under a new name leaving present Grossmans sharehlders with a worthless certificate. I dont know Mr Wendt personally but judging by some of the messages posted he has more character than that. I'm sure he also realizes that a percentage of shareholders are either directly or inderectly part of the building industry. He has much more to gain by turning this company around, increasing shareholder value and earning the respect of the market in general. This is actually an opportunity for him. I hope he realizes it.">>>>
