Don't think so John....Socialized medicine isn't working in Canada, nor in the UK...unless one has a cold or something minor. Semi-serious ailments take months, and big ailments....well, either one has LOTS of money, or tries to come to the US to get it fixed..... My husband has worked for 2 major UK companies over the years, and knows how many people come here for treatment and many of the problems that are encountered by the folks in the UK with socialized medicine....
The pols had better be aware as well....if you, for example, thought Hillary, or Howard Dean, or anyone else for that matter, had several instances of members in the family with early deaths from various types of cancer, or stroke, or heart problems, (the insurance companies, and the government will have these files on everyone soon...)
and let's say, we have another "person" like Daniel Ellsberg, or like Mark Felt....that, for whatever reason, decided to publish all those records....on every Pol out there, that was the opposite party of the one you would like to have represent you....What do you think would happen???
