signed agreement about the social and economic collaboration between
the government of the Khabarovsk Region and SUEK.

countries ATR. Coal composes substantial part in the balance of energy resources and
in China, and in Japan, and in THE USA. This project is also advantageous to Kray. New enterprise - these are additional work sites, taxes and so on.
Works SUEK, also, at a question of the enrichment of urgal'skogo coal. If it comes out, our fuel- also can be will be supplied for the export. Today it is used for the domestic consumption. The Khabarovsk Region guarantees, which will yearly use not less than 2,5 tons of the production of
urgal'skikh enterprises, in spite of the active gasification of power engineering.
Governor Victor Ishayev especially noted, that the positions of edge and SUEK coincide also in a question of the
reform of power engineering. To the Far East is necessary united power system not only in the
