Imo O'Donnell probably overstated the case in claiming Rove was the leaker, though it is entirely possible he is. If it's not Rove, I would be really surprised if Rove doesn't know who is the leaker is ... which could land him in trouble if he told the grand jury otherwise.

I have read in a couple of places that Bush 1 fired Rove because of leaks.
