It was well-over 20 years ago when liberal NY Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan told a TV interviewer that NK should be warned to get rid of its development program once, and then be incinerated. I assume you mean if they didn't comply. Still the best of all possible solutions today. What on EARTH are we trying to SAVE of subhuman North Korea?... You really want to destroy a country of over 22 million people with nukes? Rather monstrous don't you think. On top of that there is the fallout I'm sure South Korean and China and Japan wouldn't be too happy about that. There is even the possible problem of "nuclear winter".
