I bet you wish the DMV would forget your past too so your insurance rates don't go up when you have multiple moving violations.

I bet conviceted felons wish their records could be dismissed as you suggest too.

As far as I am concerned the past needs to be remembered as long as Brinker advertises a record to sell his market timing abilities which leaves out his QQQQ advice.

Brinker advised his PAYING SUBSCRIBERS to put up to 1/3 their total portfolio back into the NASDAQ when QQQQ was as high as 87 in October 2000. This is NOT reflected in his official performance and he does not disclose it on his web site where he advertises his product's total return.

I look at it as being no different than Consumer Reports saying this or that auto doesn't get the advertised MPG and it has a crappy repair record. Do you consider "Consumer Reports" a "Basher Rag" or a good product?

Likewise, Mark Hulbert has a paragraph in his annual performance summary of investment newsletters he follows that summarizes Bob Brinker's recommendation to reenter the market in Late 2000 via the Nasdaq100. Brinker used to brag about his Hulbert rating. What you think this "full disclosure" by Mark Hulbert?
