American Spirit,re:"Bush has failed at the war on terror." Don't be too harsh on Bush, he has no control on when to get Osama, when to finish the war. Bush has to consult the Master(s) what to do next. If the master(s) say it's to our advantage not to get Osama, then there you have it. Until the 'organisation' is fully rotten and exposed, we have no idea on what they are up to. And they have shown us that we don't need to know.
