Denials from Rove's lawyer mean absolutely nothing. No one would expect him to plead guilty when he might be able to weasel out of this with some kind of cover-up or on some kind of technicality. Let's hear Rove himself deny it. And put him under oath to do it. This is treason. A serious crime. Also obstruction of justice and perjury.
