niceguy Re..Many Inteelubees care, that's who.

The question was, why do you care. I have learned, a long time ago, to just take care of my business, and not worry about what everybody else is doing. If they want to claim Intel didn't break the law, then so be it. It isn't like you can do anything about it. Have patience, and take comfort in the fact that, as much as Intel has the chip system rigged; the bar ass. has the legal system just as rigged, and therefore you should get satisfaction in the end. Simply because the bar ass. has the system rigged to take money from the rich, and give it to themselves. And Intel has a lot more money than AMD, so for them to get rich, Intel will be found guilty, and AMD will have to be given their fair share, just so they can get theirs.

The new SC filed in Delaware by AMD is different in every way in that it will hopefully provide closure on the issue of whether or not INTC broke antitrust laws as well as other laws

LOL Now just why would you believe, that a favorable ruling for AMD would shut Elmer up. It has never done it in the past. Just what make you think this time, Elmer will accept anything which isn't favorable to Intel. Elmer probably goes to sleep at night dreaming of excuses. Anybody who can come up with a poor yield defense, like he did the other day, can come up with anything. No, Elmer will go to to his grave claiming Intel was robbed, no matter what the circumstances. You can be as sure of that, as you can be sure, after the court case, Intel will try other schemes to maintain their monopoly. Leopards never change their spots.
