Jerry. With all due respect. *You* know this, *I* know this, a lot of
*other* people in the business know this. And (and this item was and
still is a "hot topic" on the pro-IBM boards in Compuserve, and on
usenet) the people discussing it there also know this. But the fact
remaings --- the ANALYSTS don't know this, the STREET don't know
this, the average CIO doesn't (or if s/he DOES know, s/he ain't gonna
buck the MS tide, not when s/he's job is at stake) know this. Hence,
you have "another" coup by his holiness which drives another nail in
the coffin of "any" company trying to buck the tide of NT. It all
comes down to one thing now --- "it's just business" that's all. Not
products (which is better, etc.), just "business" and bottom-line. Hey
that's what we're trying to do here right? Make $$$$. Not religion...J
