LOL. Here is what you said a few days ago, before your indoctrination memo landed on your desk: "Gonzales would be a good choice. And the repubs will have to have the ponies to use the so called "nuclear option". And of course it's not the libs but the rightwing nuts who have told George he can't nominate Gonzales, so of course he won;t. As for the takings case, how many of the five majority votes came from justicies appointed by GOP presidents. And you want more GOP appointees> These guys care more about the interests of corporate developers than individual property owners.
