As I write this, oil is once again trading up not far from $59, with a bullish-looking candle for the session. But I think it's gonna crash and burn, at least down to about $55 or lower. Volume is low. Profit taking is gonna hit with a vengeance.

Medium and long-term, oil still looks pretty strong. It is just rather overextended now, and driven by speculation a bit too much to sustain these prices for the time being.
