It's oil that Israel receives free of charge. Kissinger used this free annual oil grants to encourage Israel to negotiate with the Egyptians. The American tax payers are now forced to provide Israel with $3+ billion in oil annually. Emile, if true, this is unbelievable indeed. Unheard of IMO. Could you add some collateral to back this up?
