Your analysis is correct, Albert At least as I understand it. The IPO game may take a while, but it should generate some cash. I was trying for the momentum play on the SEC announcement, but I missed it and am down from 2.875 to 2.50 right now. I think I'll hold and see if it catches some more news. I'm not sure whether their trading system is viable, but the float is small enough that any little bit of news should send it up. As the IPO Starnet Universe IPO approaches, I expect PERF will get some analyst attention, and the stock will appreciate. -bob mackey
