Same type wound Bob Dole got a Purple Heart for. Calling him a faker and a liar too? Are you an A-hole or what? Not a single current rightwing leader ever served in combat. Bush, Cheney, Rove, Limbaugh and Delay all dodged the draft. Bush even went AWOL then lied about it. Bush even pretended to land a jet on an air craft carrier during his "Mission Accomplished" photo op. Bush does not know how to fly a jet. He was banned from flying in 1971 and hasn't flown since. Kerry is a lifelong expert pilot, and can even pilot choppers. He is a Silver Star and Bronze star winner, all medals very much earned and this is proven by the eyewitnesses as well as Navy records. swiftvets.eriposte.com Smearvets calling Jim Rassman a liar is outrageous. The smearvets weren't even there. 98% of them never even met Kerry in Nam. 99.67% of them never fought with Kerry. Only one did, a guy named Gardner who committed a tragic war crime. But Gardner was not on the boat for any of JK's medals events.
