When the Mafia hijack a truck the booty is said to have "fallen off a truck". Today I got a dozen cans of carpet cleaner that really fell off a truck. A trailer flipped and dumped a couple of thousand cans of cleaner. The guy hired to get rid of them could give them away or haul them to the dump. He's giving them away.
