RushNet, Inc. Expands Western U.S. Sales Force

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Jul 05, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink
Sheets:VNTB.PK) is pleased to announce the company has appointed one of the
largest wholesale distributors of natural/organic foods to sell RushNet licensed
beverages in the Western United States. In addition, the company has granted
Nationwide Beverage Bottling Corp. of Corona, California (NBVB.PK) the rights to
sell Ginseng Rush(TM) and Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) to Nationwide's accounts, which
includes most of the major grocery retailers in the West.

Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc. stated, "RushNet is on the march. We are
delighted to engage a prominent natural foods wholesale distributor and their
marketing team in our multi-pronged campaign to deliver wholesome and healthful
beverages throughout North America. We have lately mobilized a small army of
professionals to carry our products into six Western States--California,
Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho and Nevada--with a combined population of 53
million people. This Western sales force of over 100 includes direct brokers who
represent our products to the trade, the sales reps of four leading natural
foods distributors, and Nationwide's skilled marketing team."

Corr added, "Nationwide Beverage has become a multi-functional ally. They are
poised to bottle e-Water(TM), our revolutionary advanced electrolyte water. They
are warehousing ALL our beverage products and serve as our central hub for
Western distribution. In addition, Nationwide's own marketing team will present
our ginseng sodas to major retailers; e-Water(TM) will follow suit."

"A truckload of our ginseng beverages," Corr continued, "has already been
received at Nationwide's Corona warehouse and picked up by our distributors. A
second truckload is scheduled to leave our brewer, and regular shipments of
product will meet restocking and new sales demand."

The company is expected to issue further statements regarding their sales
campaigns in the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Northeast regions of the
U.S.A.
