Kerry's diary proves he was on the Cambodia border on Xmas Eve. He also went to Cambodia several times the next month. It was not a lie, just a slight exaggeration. It's a non-issue, meaning nothing. Since Kerry was a mile or two from Cambodia on Xmas eve, the smearvets making this an issue is laughable hair-splitting. Even if they were right it means nothing. O'Neill, the Houston oil lawyer/GOP operative making this ridiculous charge, was the one caught in the lie denying he'd ever been to Cambodia. He told Nixon he was there and it's on tape. Busted. Many of the Swifties went to Cambodia in those days, fighting the CIA's secret war. Which they now want to deny ever happened. Just one lie after the other from these smearvets. So you say the Cambodia claim is "easy to prove", but I just proved it's hair-splitting at the most. So what else? Name Anything the smearvets claimed which you believe is true. Anything that would matter to anyone.
