That list isn't worth the bytes it is written on. Even if Corel was not to have any increase in sales for the next three years, it would still be a better company that at least ten other ones listed there that I know for a fact are in a substantially inferior position...

As somebody else pointed out. That ranking is a bullish indicator for the knowledgeable investor, not unlike Peter Lynch who is attracted to companies neglected by analysts.
