unreal? frankly i don't see the problem... i followed these as they were being developed...extremely well done, sold out and over 80% owner occupied eldershirtlofts.com so what is wrong with converting unused building stock to a more productive use.... would you prefer they remain moribund? this rooftop loft for the low $300,000's, i would hardly call that bubblicious 2020washington.com
