NOW IN TRIAL: U.S. v. Raymond, 04-80092. Trial day #6. The government is presenting its case-in-chief. Counsel have reported that the trial is on schedule and the government hopes to conclude its case on Thursday, July 7th. Final arguments may be presented on Tuesday, July 12th.
NEXT TRIAL: Strategic Cap. Res., Inc. v. Citrin Cooperman & Co., 03-0349. Trial will commence upon the conclusion of U.S. v. Raymond, see above. The trial will be conducted on the sixth floor of the Forum Building, 1675 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., West Palm Beach.
DECISION PENDING: Hard to Treat Diseases, Inc. v. Shinn et al., 04-800010. The trial has concluded and the court has granted the parties an additional ten days to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law. The court's decision will be filed with the clerk of court shortly thereafter and a precis of the decision will be published on this website. Persons desiring a copy of the decision should make appropriate arrangements with the clerk of court.
