Klaus, mmm, you could be right. I don't have access to up-to-date NOR flash prices. Do you (or anyone else) have access to flash prices from an official distributor, like Avnet? That would in my opinion be a bit more direct comparison than spot market prices? (as I can imagine that Mirrorbit might be a bit harder to come by there than industry standard floating gate?)? Only thing I know for sure is whether the parts are shipping, and if they are available via the main distributors (I check Avnet every quarter or so for the highest densities). Regards, Rink
