Here's the link to the Press Release... biz.yahoo.com I think the company may have just filed with the SEC to become a fully reporting company. This management moves fast and keeps the stated schedules. I won't be surprised if that is the case and insiders are piling-up to own the stock. At $1.90, this stock is cheap. It could run-up to $3 very quikly. Glotech
