If the charge is perjury, so long Karl ... and it wont bode well for the Administration, unless they can do some damage control ahead of time. They would probably do a prerelease of the damaging information to carefully selected journalists likely to be sympathetic to their cause and have the story leak out that way. It was used repeatedly by the Clintons to mitigate the damages due to their various crimes and lies. It would be sad to see President Bush sink to the level of unethical behavior exhibited daily in the Clinton Whitehouse. Who could blame him if he chose the path? Even the spiteful liberally biased media would recognise their role in honing the method.
