Or more likely is the fact that the concerns impacting ASND's stock price is are the current Q's pending results. The UUNET deal will not have an immediate impact on revenues this close to Q's end. With no gap up today, it seems this news may very well be what is holding ASND's head up in the 40s. With the current quote placing us just 6 cents above the 39s, this is some very thin ice.
