The Washington judiciary is again bending over backward in its efforts to do anything possible to thwart citizen efforts to rein in taxes.

Typical, but not unexpected.

A note on the judge:

Judge Wickham had a general legal practice in Olympia , first with an emphasis on family law matters and later on elder law. He had worked as a labor law attorney in California and as a legal services attorney in Connecticut and Olympia. Judge Wickham is admitted to practice law in California , Connecticut , and Washington . A native of New York State , he has resided in Thurston County since 1977.

Anyone want to take a wild guess what Judge Wickham's political leanings are?
