judge's ruling that two talk-radio hosts' on-air activity could be considered campaign contributions has attracted concern that the decision could have unintended effects on other media.


Holy cow, is this judge really trying to say that any speech which can be assigned commerical value - just think how much of it there is - no longer has First Amendment protection?
