This is my first post to this list. Well, I'm in for 1000
shares at 71 3/4 and another 2,000 at 72. ScotMcI's excellent post-with-link (1352 I believe) leading to the story explaining
about a customer side-stepping an order led me to the
conclusion that there is no real fundamental problem here.
I DO think that Cymer mgmt. could be a trifle less tactful
with their information releases and a little more informative.
But then again, if I (and a lot of other folks on this list)
am right, their discretion has provided me with what I hope
will be a wonderful buying opportunity. We should remember,
however, that while mgmt. may be large shareholders, they are
not usually traders, and therefore brief (albeit dramatic)
share price fluctuations are not a primary concern of theirs,
unless they're of a mind to exercise a stock option. Good luck
to everyone in on this baby.
