The combined network of 1.8 million subscribers, with about 4.2 million homes passed, covers 17 of France's 20 biggest cities. Per Cinven, there will be opportunities to develop market penetration by cashing in on the migration from analog to digital TV and bundling cable with broadband and voice-over-Internet-protocol products.
